Quality assurance

All goods produced by our company have been strictly inspected by the factory, and the testing time exceeds 10% of the same industry standard. The cleaning machine is guaranteed for 1 year, the motor is guaranteed for 2 years, the rack is guaranteed for 2 years, and the plunger pump is guaranteed for 1 year.

The warranty does not cover the following repairs and equipment:

Normal wear and tear: the high-pressure cleaning machine requires regular parts and services for normal operation. This warranty also does not cover normal maintenance, such as air filters, pressure regulating valve sealing gaskets, and their cone valves, and fuel system filter blockages (due to chemicals, lime, dirt, etc.).

Installation and maintenance: This warranty does not apply to improper or unauthorized installation or modification, modification, misuse, negligence, accident, overload, speeding, improper maintenance, repair, or storage that we believe adversely affect its performance and reliability.

Other exclusions: This warranty does not cover worn items, such as quick couplings, seals, O-rings, pumps, operation damage without water supply or refueling, or failures or failures or failures caused by accidents, abuse, modifications, modifications or improper repairs or failures.
